Search across company knowledge (including sources like GitHub, Notion, and Linear) to get instant, reliable answers. Gather AI Search is powered by our new service, Grapevine.

Set up Gather AI

1. Click the Gather AI icon 🔮 in the left sidebar.

2. Click the button to Configure Gather AI via Grapevine.

   

3. You’ll be redirected to Grapevine. Learn more here.

   

4. In Grapevine, follow the instructions to connect integrations like Slack, Google Drive, Linear, and more.

   1. The more you add, the more context Gather AI will have to source answers from.

   2. If you connect Slack, you can also chat with Grapevine within Slack.

5. Once setup is complete, return to Gather. Now in the AI panel, you can begin asking questions.

   

6. As you chat with Gather AI, you’ll see conversation history on the left. Click a conversation to go back to it.

How Gather AI Search Credits Work

Each question you ask Gather AI Search equals about 1 AI Search Credit. Depending on the question's complexity, it may use more or less.

Your Team's Monthly Allowance

• Free trial: 30 AI Search Credits

• Paid plans: 3 AI Search Credits per member (minimum 30 credits)

Examples:

• 5-person team = 30 monthly credits (the minimum)

• 20-person team = 60 monthly credits (20 × 3)

• 50-person team = 150 monthly credits (50 × 3)

Delete data from Gather AI

If you need to delete your data from Gather AI, you can do that from Grapevine.

1. Open Grapevine.

2. Go to General > Delete your data

3. Click Delete your data
