Gather 2.0 Refund Policy

Gather generally does not offer refunds for most subscription-related charges, unused subscription time, unused Space Capacity, or missed cancellations. We recommend reviewing your subscription regularly and adjusting your Space Capacity as needed to avoid overpaying.

When you cancel your subscription or reduce your Space Capacity, the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Please note:

  • Gather does not provide prorated refunds for unused time in an active billing cycle.

  • Renewed subscriptions are non-refundable if they were not canceled before the renewal date.

  • It is the account holder’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription prior to renewal if they no longer wish to continue service.

  • Refund requests based on an active subscription not being canceled, overlooked renewals, or a user being unaware that their subscription remained active are generally not eligible for a refund.

Gather offers two separate platforms with independent billing systems (Gather 2.0 and Gather 1.0). If an account has used both platforms, each subscription and billing history may need to be reviewed separately, as changes, cancellations, and refunds on one platform do not automatically apply to the other.
